Terry land is an idyllic estate
in a lush valley 10 minutes from the city of Amaliada
and 5 minutes from Kardamas village
in the prefecture of Ilia, Peloponnese.

The lodgings are surrounded by a vast area of groomed lawn and numerous evergreen trees such as pines, cypresses, olives and willows. All houses are interconnected by a paved patio, in the center of which there is a large swimming pool 6x15 meters long.

Our estate is just about 7km from a number of beautiful sandy beaches such as Kourouta beach, Palouki beach and Ag. Marina beach. There you can swim or enjoy the local night life, especially at Kourouta resort. There are plenty of attractions and sights in the vicinity, including Ancient Olympia only 40km away, the medieval castle of Hlemoutsi in Killini and the traditional port of Katakolo. Five (5) Guest Houses

• Gaea: Guest house, bungalow 60m², with pool and garden view.
  It consists of 2 fully furnished separate rooms, Gaea 1 and Gaea 2, 25m² each.
  Gaea 1 has 3 single beds which 2 of them can be made up as one double bed, 1 bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioner. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
  Gaea 2 has 3 single beds, 1 bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, TV, wi-fi, air conditioner. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
  Note: Each room can be rented separately or both as a whole. There is no kitchen available for cooking.
• Leto: Guest house, bungalow 40m², with pool and garden view.
  Tastefully decorated and utterly charming with amenities such as private bathroom, air conditioner, veranda & window screens, TV, wi-fi, fully equipped open-planned kitchen, one double bed and 2 single ones. It can accommodate up to 4 people.


• Iris: Guest house, bungalow 40m², with garden view.
  Tastefully decorated and utterly charming with amenities such as private bathroom, air conditioner, door and window screens, TV, wi-fi, fully equipped open-planned kitchen, four single beds, which 2 of them can be made up as a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.


• Areti: Guest house, bungalow 40m², with garden view.
  Tastefully decorated and utterly charming with amenities such as private bathroom, air conditioner, door and window screens, TV, wi-fi, fully equipped open-planned kitchen, four single beds, which 2 of them can be made up as a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.


• Ares: Guest house, bungalow 60m², with garden view.
  It is fully furnished, consists of 2 rooms with 2 single beds in one bedroom, which can be made up as a double bed and 2 single ones in the other, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, veranda & window screens, TV, wi-fi, air conditioner. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
• All five Houses:

  Apart from a family or a couple which can book a studio or a room, the whole property could be hired by a group of friends or families or by a group which they share the same interest like yoga, Thai-chi, Reiki, music group, etc.

  It consists of 6 bedrooms, 18 single beds, 2 double beds, and 6 bathrooms. It accommodates 22 people (3 extra beds can be provided upon request).
